Hello everybody, Now then as some of you might know, I was made to go off round the country earlier on this year and do a show to loads of people. It wasn't my idea, I was made to do it by that lot what pull all the strings. I went everywhere, up north, down south and I even had to go to Scotland, but you have to do these things you see. If I'd have had my way I wouldn't have gone, I'd have stayed at home with my feet up watching Dragons Den with a box of Magnums, but it wasn't my way..So in the end what happened was, I got to this one place in Digbeth, which is in Birmingham and they've got a load of video cameras there and they say right we're gonna film this and I shrugged my shoulders and said OK. Friends and Heroes is a Christian children's program that airs on TBN, Smile of a Child TV, and was also shown on BBC TV. The show is both traditionally animated and computer animated. It takes place from 69 - 71 AD. There are three series each of 13 Episodes: Series 1 is set in Alexandria, Egypt; Series 2 in Jerusalem and Series 3 in Rome. The series was created by Brian D. Brown and Eric J. Danenberg, who also worked on The Storykeepers.

Sam and Friends was an early live-action/puppet television show created by puppeteer Jim Henson and his eventual wife Jane. It was taped and aired locally in Washington, D.C. on WRC-TV in black-and-white, and later, color on weekdays from May 9, 1955 to December 15, 1961.

Recorded in 1986 this is a fantastic DVD. Fats Domino, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Ray Charles performing 17 tracks with a back up band led by the Stones' Ron Wood. Fats Domino leads off the DVD with a clutch of his hits, including "The Fat Man" and "Blueberry Hill" in his own inimitable style, this is followed by Jerry Lee performing tracks including of course "Whole Lotta Shakin' Goin' On" and "Great Balls of Fire". Then Ray Charles takes over with "I've Got a Woman" and "Drown In My Own Tears" before all three of them get together to perform four more tracks.

The show was created by Harding Lemay and Paul Rauch, both of whom were also working for the daytime drama Another World. Lovers and Friends was considered to be an indirect spin-off of the former series, and took the place of a direct spin-off on the NBC schedule upon its premiere.
